my smoothie tips:
-Don't be afraid to add things like spinach, peanut butter, avocado, etc. You won't taste them and you're getting great benefits!
-I love adding frozen fruit!
-Unsweetened almond milk is my go to liquid.

If you’re needing to get that “sweet” fix, try these protein balls!
Recipe:
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 scoop of vanilla Lean
1/8 cup mini dark chocolate chips
Mix, roll, enjoy. Each batch made about 10-12 protein balls depending on size.
